By purchasing a beat they are able to be utilize for mixtapes, demos, albums, and performance. Purchasers are allowed to sell unlimited copies of the work without further royalties from song sales owed to Steve “Lojik” Lujan/Clouded Moon Productions. In the event that tracks created are eligible to be commercialized (airplay on radio, television, commercial, etc), purchasers are required to contact Steve “Lojik” Lujan/Clouded Moon Productions to negotiate further usage terms.

User Restrictions
This site includes an audio interface which allows user to preview, purchase, and download beats. During the "Watch Live" feature, participants are allowed to use the chat feature as long as they do not: Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law. Payment Methods
Payment can either be with any major credit/debit card, PayPal, or E-check. Users that use e-checks must wait 3-4 business days for checks to clear. Once the E-check has cleared they can go back to their HipHopBeatFactory.com account and continue downloading the beat.
