| 1. I'm using Internet Explorer 9 and I can't play or hear the beats. |
When using IE9 you must display this website in compatibility mode. To set your IE9 browser to compatibility mode simply click on the icon for this at the top of the screen to the right of your address line (the line with http://www.hiphopbeatfactory.com in it). The screen shot image below hilights the icon to click on so you know what to look for.
Once the website relaunches in compatibility mode the beats will play without a problem. |

| 2. What file format are the beats available to download? |
All beats can be downloaded from your account in .mp3 format after purchase |

| 3. Am I allowed to sell songs I make with beats from this website? |
Yes, the license agreement allows for commercial sale of the final recording of your song with no royalties from songs sales owed to us. If the song is licensed for tv, movies, radio, etc. then you do need to contact us for further negotiation of performance/sync royalties. |

| 4. I've downloaded the beat to my computer but it doesn't want to play or it isn't recognized by the system. |
Some browsers will save the file and forget to put the .mp3 extension on the file. With out the .mp3 extension the computer system doesn't know what type of file it is and doesn't know what program to associate with it.
To solve this problem right click on the file you saved and choose "rename," then add the .mp3 extension to the end of the file name. |

As a member of HipHopBeatFactory.com, you are permitted to download beats and use under our general License. Once you have signed up, and have paid the license fee, you will receive immediate access to all beats you have licensed.
You are permitted to use beats for album, mixtape, web video and live performance and may distribute unlimited copies of the song in digital audio formats (i.e. CD or MP3) without any further royalties owed to Clouded Moon Productions. If the song is selected for radio play, television, movies, or DVD video release, ETC you must contact Clouded Moon Productions for further negotiations of royalties. Steve "Lojik" Lujan/Clouded Moon Productions/HipHopBeatFactory.com retain ownership of the instrumental in its original format. |
